Photo 0061. The Mitre, 9 High Street, Crediton EX17 3AE. From the left we have number 8 'Valerie' who sells Ladybird childrens clothes and has a ladybird on the sign fascia to prove it. Next, the grand gates to the Mitre Beer Garden, and in 1974 they had to explain that 'children are welcome'. The Mitre is a Bass Charrington pub at number 9 and then, at number 10 we have Boots the chemists. The print is made from a scanned 6cm x 6cm black and white negative. Slides and negatives are scanned to give a file size of between 100 and 120 Mb and then printed on an EpsonStylus 1290 Photo A3 printer at 1440 dots per inch. Prints are  made on matt  heavy art paper unless glossy is requested.
